I’m using both 1 for dash cam no issues and 1 for wireless CarPlay adapter but recently I’ve noticed that the adapter would reset not sure if it’s power related though.

Which camera? Some are more sensitive to power fluctuations than others (cameras with internal battery are much more tolerant).

 

My dash cam was running 24/7 around the clock, even though the adapter plugged into the OBD port was set to run for a short time after engine was turned off. Not sure why that happened, had to reset the dash cam to not work in park mode.

Updating my own post to report that after 3 weeks of using the rear seat USB ports to power my cameras I've had no issues - so safe to say the USB output is adequate, and stabile enough, to power an SGGCX2Pro+ front and rear cameras.
