I got to replace my struts before I get new tires this spring. I know there are different part# for V6 vs I4 front Quick Struts. Anyone put the V6 versions on there 4th gen I4? What did you think after doing it and is there anything special about installing them?

I don't know why you would want to. The v6 parts have slightly different spring and damper rates to compensate for the weight difference. other than that, they are the same. the v6 parts aren't "beefier" or "better" in this case.
Tokico blue struts + H&R sport LOWERING springs. Best combo hands down, and the struts come with a lifetime waranty. Pick it all up for less than a grand... just grab new strut top mounts from rockauto.
