Sometimes the search doesn't help

 

Best thing to do is to take a chunk of the old tubing to an auto parts store and match it up. I found a fractional size that was pretty close, 3/32"???... not sure, it's been a while.

 

I was looking it up and people were saying they were getting 2.5mm and 3.0mm on the same hose. I need to get a caliper and measure the tubes they come off of. I do have a message to CrusierDan who's a dealer on another forum. I'm hoping he can hook me up with some bulk yota hose.

 

I have some dried out and brittle vacuum hoses for both EGR and the EVAP. I have read here that small EGR hoses are 3mm with 2mm walls. I need to replace the Throttle-Body to EVAL VSV line as well. Does anyone have any idea what size ID/OD this hose is?

This is for 99 Camry LE 4 cyl.

Someone put a link or what is the search on ebay for these or 97 camry I4 hose. Mine are all in asian writing so I'm trying to see the size. I heard the autozone ones are garbage but if no one posts here I'll get the size from them.

 

Sorry for bumping an almost 6 months old thread, I'm also looking for the vacuum hose sizes.
I tried twice to get measurements with my caliper but I'm getting mixed results lol

6mm ID/10mm OD on TB end and 8mm ID/12mm OD on VSV end (2mm thick) - EVAP from TB to VSV (molded hose? maybe use a 6mm/8mm adapter?)
8mm ID - 12mm OD (2mm thick) | VSV EVAP, same as above?
8mm ID - 14mm OD (3mm thick) | Air cleaner EVAP
3/8" ID - 5/8" OD (0.12"/3mm thick) | PCV valve to intake manifold (seems to match SAE better than metric)
12mm ID - 17mm OD (2.5mm thick) | Large vacuum hose on from the intake manifold to the brake booster

And how about the smaller vacuum hoses? I didn't measure those, are they 3mm ID and 7MM OD (2mm thick?)

EGR vacuum solenoid (25860-74050)
0.15" - 3.8 mm

PCV valve (12204-74030)
0.37" - 9.4 mm

EGR vacuum modulator valve (25870-74090)
0.16" - 4.06 mm "R" and "P"
0.25" - 6.35 mm "Q" and bottom

Vacumm regulator valve (90925-03193, purple colored, where's this located?)
0.18" - 4.57 mm (x2)

Purge valve solenoid (90910-12271)
0.15" - 3.8 mm
0.16" - 4.06 mm (x2)

Vapor canister solenoid (90910-12264 - at charcoal canister)
0.25" - 6.35 mm
