Venza Windshield Replacement causing road noise leaking into the cabin, How to FIX?

my windshield cracked by itself for no reason.

1st time, i went to safelite, they replaced with a THINNER windshield with a Toyota stamp on it, it has a werid(fake looking) sticker says "made in japan".
After replacement lots of noise come in through the front windshield, bad job? fake glass?
I went back tell them it's fake glass and it's lesser quality than my OEM windshield. They still charged me $2000, insurance pays 1000, I pay 1000. That windshield is $200 at most.

They replaced a second one for free, however, still the same but without the fake made in japan sticker.

2nd time, I went to an auto body shop, they said the OEM glass is $800, and FUYAO glass is $300. I went with aftermarket FUYAO.
It's as thick as the OEM glass if not thicker. VERY GOOD QUALITY.

However, bad job again I think? still leaking noise through the edges of the windshield. Cabin is still louder than with factory windshield. But much quieter than safelite's windshield, much thicker...

Anyone else has the same problem where the replacement windshield makes your cabin louder? and the so called 'OEM' windshield is thinner than the original?

my cabin before was air tight, so quiet, cars pass by on highway, u dont hear it. But after replacement, u hear everything from the outside.

If I’m not mistaken, are these noise attenuating windshields not made as a laminate ? First thing on aftermarket suppliers, don’t use them, specs are usually less than OEM. You get what you pay for.
Toyota parts with their vetted Authorized Service Centers gets the job done with OEM quality the first time. Lesson learned, hopefully.
Another tidbit I found as soon as I took delivery of my ‘21 Venza was the idea of installing window tint film on the front doors, the door “glass laminates” are also easily scratched when installing or removing window tints, as some customers and installers found out the hard way back in the new for ‘21 model year releases.
So use film tint at your own risk. It’s no longer Legal in NYS. 😐 It’s such BS IMHO.
