Vibrations when in reverse or in drive

When I'm in reverse or in drive with the brake applied, there is a vibration and I feel it in the steering wheel. I did have a bad broke front pass torque strut and I did replace it but the vibration is still there. I looked at the bottom motor mount and it looks good. Any ideas?

I forget to mention it is a 95 2.2, I looked at the bottom engine mount and it looks good but the upper torque strut was broken. I still have to look at the trans mount. If all the mounts are good then the vibrations is normal on the 2.2? There are no vacuum leaks and the car drives well but just when I come to a complete stop or in reverse, I hear and feel the vibration through the steering wheel and I can see the steering wheel vibrating.
