Some 2020 Camrys had an ECU issue that would cause the battery to drain and could cause error lights. This TSB might help, print it out and bring it to your dealer to check.

NB: my mechanic made me change my battery, ECM and Fan but still am facing the same issue. The car runs ok, it says engine no faults

Maybe you just need a new mechanic. I would think that a 2020 might still be under warranty.

 

Hmm! I even sent it to Toyota Ghana and they couldn’t do it, they recommended a battery change and ECM replacement which I did and still facing the same issue. The car used to run without any of the warning signs
