I just purchased a 2014 Lexus LX 570 and I don't think it has Apple Carplay. What are my options on adding this feature to this vehicle without replacing the whole dashboard unit? I want the least intrusive way to add Apple Carplay to this older model of Lexus LX 570. Any help/suggestion/opinion is much appreciated.

Check if Carlin kit works for your vehicle. It is a sub 100$ usb plug and play wireless apple CarPlay solution. Google for it and check compatibility.
