I have taken a picture on the other side and it is for sure a metal piece. I was hoping to identify the plastic panel and then I can identify the fastener required but I do not know what to call that part

I actually bought a 90159-A0030 but the washer looks bigger that the desired piece:

A salvage yard would like have that bolt and many other fasteners your car could use due to loss or breakage w/ age. Nominal admission feel ($1-$2) and go nuts getting fasteners.

Unfortunately there is no LKQ in the San Jose area. I searched for Pick and Pull catalog and the Camries it has are kind of old (2010 and before). Thanks for helping!
