I can guaranty you that Jiffy Lube will use the cheapest after-market filter they can find. I doubt they paid more than $1.00 for it in bulk quantities and it is garbage. I would avoid Jiffy Lube at all costs, especially since many of their shops have been guilty of outright fraud.
