you mean what fluids can you possibly change on the truck?
rear diff
tranny (flush for an AT or just drain/fill for MT)
brake fluid (w/ clutch fluid for MT)
coolant (Toyota Long Life Red is what i'd HIGHLY recommend)
for those people with 4wd, add:
front diff
transfer case
