The older 90/80 Toyota had it on the passenger door lock cylinder.

 

Go to a dealer with your VIN they can retrieve it.

 

Definitely the best answer here. Parts guy is not supposed to give it out, but they sometimes do.

I already try P4305, and it shows not match. Should I try 4305 instead?

Thank you, the last picture is very helpful. Finally figure out that some Toyota have 4 digital key code (beginning with a letter). For this group of toyota, I need add a 0 to front, and then get my 5-digit key code number.

 

Oh **** I forgot.

Toyota got rid of the passenger door lock from 2005. So maybe the key code IS on the driver side?
