Where is my horn relay?

so my horn has stopped working. The horn itself is still good, (I jumped it right from the battery) I also pulled the steering wheel apart and directly grounded the horn wire....no dice. I'm assuming the relay has died. Now which one is it?

Also... My stock antena is not working. There is a small wire coming down from the antena (not the THICK antena wire, a smaller one) What is this for ?? do I need to ground it, or 12v?

Model/engine? Sorry...I don't remember everyone's T-100...just yet. ;)

According to my EWD (electrical wiring diagram) the horn relay should be located in the driver's kick panel...probably in the fuse panel closest to the firewall. ;)

Are you sure it's not a fuse?

I take it that you have a powered antenna...it has a relay as well. The small wire should be power to the antenna motor relay. When yer radio sends power down there...it cycles the motor to go up or down. ;)

I just checked the underhood fuses, My horn/hazard fuse is fine, and the hazards are working correctly. So I'm assuming its my Horn relay... now to see which one it is.
I have a 96 T100 , 3.4L 4x4

I'm not sure if its a power antena, I doubt it. the previous owner fubared it up prety badly either way. I just finished remounting the antena in the fender. But Its not working. I noticed a small wire coming down in the fender from the antena, I wonder what this wire is for...
