Window slows down near the top when closing

2019 XLE with the auto up front windows. When it rolls up, it slows down when it reaches about 3/4 of the way. Not sure if this is a feature or not. Owners manual doesn't mention this.

At first I thought it just needed some silicone lubricant. Sprayed it but no effect.

Anyone confirm?

Not just for safety in case of a child or someones hand still sticking out but also generally just good for the motors longevity.

The harder the windows would push the glass at the top when closing against the seal would cause more strain when they receive that momentary force pushing back against the glass.

I remember my old 1995 W140 big body mercedes S class. Now that thing!!! had full thickness double pane glass with a vacuum air barrier in between to create some serious noise control. Super effective but holy crap were they heavy and didn't slow down until they closed... and guess what aside from ridiculous sound proofing reliability wise they also were awful... motors would fail all the time like everything else electric on those cars lmao.
