Haven't heard anything back from KB...hoping the XenonDepot guy on here can weigh in...

 

I ordered the Xtreme Kit for my low beams and I cannot get them to fit. The sockets simply don't fit into the stock wiring harness. I'm wondering if anyone has had this problem? Search yielded nothing only great reviews on the XenonDepot kits which is why I am so disappointed!

I got the kit from KBCarstuff I'm wondering if they sent me the wrong one. I ordered the H11 kit.

I have a 2014.5 camry...anyone have any ideas? I put an email out to KBCarstuff this morning...

Can you take a picture of the connector?

 

Yes, take pictures of the stock socket and the XD mating plug in the same frame so we can see the problem you're having.

I also have XD HID in my Low, takes minutes to install no issue.

 

You have to plug the car's plug into the adapter that is in the molded rubber gasket (as is the bulbs 2 wires) and then plug the other end of that adapter into the ballast plug. Male to female, female to male.

Just to be sure, does your box and bulbs verify H11?

 

If your HID connector don't look like this connector than you got the wrong one.

 

We need the connector to have the pins closer than the 9006. However, the connector on the ballast will have that connector pictured above (size 9006 connector). That is why you have to use the little jumper that is in the grommet as the go between from the H11 car plug and 9006 ballast connector. So OP, were you using that jumper?
