So I replaced the bank 2 cat. It was toast. All is well. Now I've got a p2241 code and p0446. The p0446 is emissions related, right? Could this be the problem?

Where the red circle is on my airbox, that airlet nipple is busted off and the hose isn't connected. Is this a realistic issue? Any ideas what those two codes together might mean?

So my HL failed the smog because of this cracked off nipple. The codes cleared themselves. Passed all smog except the visual. In fact they hooked it up to the computer and did that test before the visual, so I know if I fix it I can pass. Now I am thinking about grinding flat the broken nipple surface and bolting in a plumbing fittings from inside the air housing. The guy from the smog place said as long as there was no air leak for the vacuum system he wouldn't care.

I prefer to use the correct part and replace the top of the air filter housing, but toyota want well over 300 dollars for it and no junk yard around me have the highlander on the lot.is there any cross reference for the air filter box that will fit? Camry? Sienna? Solara?

Mine busted 3 or 4 years ago.

I cutoff a small section of a pump sprayer suction tube--like from a cheap scented bathroom soap dispenser-- drilled the broken nipple out for snug fit, and GOOPed the tube in place. The hose fits on it just swell.
