I cannot find anything online to tell me where the starter relay is. I need to test, and check it to see if it's working because my car won't start! Replaced battery, terminal clamps, and neutral safety switch. Does anyone have a repair manual? Someone stole my Hanes one.

Sign up on autozone.com for the free "intermediate" repair manual section. It's similar to a Haynes manual.
"ST Relay" is the starter relay. If you look up with your head on the brake pedal, you'll see the long black rectangular fuse box cover... The relays should be in the beige box just beside it (at bottom of photo). You just need to pop the beige cover off by pressing in the tab at the ends for access.
