What is the mileage on the struts/springs and how far do they lower the car??

They both have about 60K.

H&R claims about a 1.75 - 2.5” on average drop with the springs.
As for the Tokico shocks, I read many posts where people claimed about a .5" drop.

 

Due to the lack of interest in the manual swap, I will now be parting it out as listed.
Also selling flywheel and clutch separate.
I also posted pictures of my wheels/tires.

On the transmission, any chance I could get the shifter cable bracket?
Also interested in throttle linkage and shift knob.

 

Chris, I'd like to keep the throttle linkage with the rest of the swap.
However, for the Shift cable bracket and shift knob, I can for sure part out with those.
I'd like at least $35 for the bracket though.
And so that you're aware, the knob is missing the TRD sticker. You can see in the picture that it's a worn knob, but dammit it feels good to use.

Speaking of the trans. How much would you take for the shift cables?
