Can you spare any more details? Recheck all of your connections? Is it recognizing you key or fob? Lock/unlock car....hold fob next to start button? Try another key/fob? Has 12V battery run down in this process?

Good morning, it is recognizing the key fob it does lock in unlock the doors the 12 volt battery is fully charged it has 12 and a half volts when I put my meter on it I don't know if the front wheels being off the ground has anything to do with it or not I have double-checked all my connections I believe I have every single thing plugged in I did also check all my fuses they are all good underneath the hood

Well, I once had my hybrid up on car lift and tried to start and spin wheels. It started but will NOT engage ICE and wheels.
Maybe it does have something to do with wheels off.
Otherwise, you've done so much work to it that issue can be a many.
I put the wheels back on the ground I think my issue may be in my Hybrid battery I don't know how to check voltage I put my meter on it I'm not getting anything with everything plugged in
I have a 2016 Avalon Hybrid....so I do not know what your dash looks like or what buttons to push.....

Does the key picture come up? just because the doors unlock is not an indicator that the immobilizer is recognizing the key.
What is the state of charge of the traction battery? Pull up different screens on the energy screen. Go through the settings and see if you can find it. Wondering if it is recognizing you pushing on the brake pedal? What lights light up when you attempt to start it? What happens if you just hold the start button in (along with the brake pedal)? (couple times, any port in a storm)
Have any fusible links been blown under the hood?

Look up the search term: Toyota Hybrid no start no ready light
Do a lot of reading. Probably need the Techstream diagnostics. I have it, but my Chinese cable is not recognized, so I cannot get the computer and car to chat together.

Here is a statement that I read on a page:
if you have serviced the hybrid battery most people mess up the insertion of the orange safety plug. You push it in flip up the handle THEN push that handle straight down till it locks.

Snookwhaler would be your man, he hasn't been on for a month, maybe send him a PM.

I do not have enough experience with hybrids to help you, but 40+ years of cars can shove me in the right direction.....meaning that I can sometimes recognize the right trail even though I don't know where I'm going. I could tell you more than one could want to know about 81-83 Nissan Maxima Diesels....hybrids...not yet.

Don't be afraid to look at Prius or other cousins in the Toyota family....look anywhere and everywhere on the web....don't forget to come back and give the final report.
So, let it down on the ground...maybe it knows?
Good afternoon, when my friend bought this vehicle the dealership said it needed a brand new battery because it was going bad it also had a bad head gasket and was burning oil he drove it to my house I drove it into my driveway I replaced the Hybrid battery I did not connect it until I was done with the engine then I connected it now nothing is coming on and I cleared all my codes but now I'm getting a p0ae6 oh, I tried to clear it but I cannot I double-check all my connections everything looks like it's plugged into me I don't think I missed anything but for some reason I cannot check the voltage on the Hybrid battery with my meter no matter what I do I'm coming up with nothing unless I'm doing something wrong I'm not familiar with the dash but I'm going to look into that now it's a friend's car it's not mine

Can you check voltage @ traction battery? I do not know the safe way to do it....but it is not like a 12v battery...be careful...650v

Check the service plug and be sure it is seated correctly. It should "click" into position. Even if you think you did it right, check it again. This has been the cause of many no starts and is a simple thing to overlook.

I place my bets on this:

I did check that many times it is clicking it's all the way down I believe it is within the new battery I put in I do not see a black cable coming out of it where the two cables go on one terminal I believe that may be the problem the 12-volt battery is perfectly fine I have 12 and a half. I just drove this vehicle last week before I change the engine and the battery
