Also what should i get first so the car is atleast driveable i was thinking radiator and also i believe the new bumper and bumper support) the current bumper support stabbed through my radiator is it possible to bend it into place just to make the car driveable?
So far i've found thse prices
Radiator:$283 (a good one)
Pass HeadL: $150.70
Hood: $103
Radiator support: $60
Bumper Support(metal): $130

Thank you for reading, all comments are welcome.

O.K. Accidents happen so I would not beatup on yourself unless you were just plain foolish and hit something..but then again we all make mistakes
and learn from them. If you don't mind me asking how did you crash your car ???? IMHO I am OEM kind of guy when ever I have gotten into an accident I always asked for OEM parts no aftermarket..again my opinion.
Is your insurance going to pay for this ??? Why I ask is unless you know how to do bodywork and prime and paint..your going to have to go to a bodyshop a good one to do your repairs, plus being that you got a 2010 I would not want anything but the best. Those sound like good prices but if
your Ins. Co. is going to pay I would get the best job done. Good luck in what ever you decide and hopefully you get your Camry back in pre accident condition.

Well Glenn. It happened like this I was driving in a public road. There was a car who got pulled over by a undercover car and like we all do we look at it. So I turned my head for a sec and I think the car infront of me broke hard because I wasn't tailing er either. I rear ended a BMW who got pushed into a Mercedes ( the Mercedes had no damage maybe a scratch) the rear bumper of the BMW snapped out of place, the trunk bent alil, and the rear right tail ligh broke alil. My car has the most damage. My insurance is paying 10,000 worth of their damage but not my own. Since my radiator broke I cannot drive it. What I'm thinking of doing is getting the radiator forts so I can atleast drive it I drive atleast 70 miles everyday so I'm dependent on the car I'll get some pics up asap

You sure you have no bent frame or core support? You may want to post some pics up. If you aren't using insurance, get high quality parts from rockauto or if you want OEM get it from Gary of Toyota of Newnan here on the forums. I get my parts from him since he gives TN a discount.

I agree with you..In Mass they call it a surcharge when ever you are in an accident and your at fault..which causes our rates to go up..I would like to see pics of his damage !!!!

From your pics it looks like you will need.
1. Hood
2. Front Bumper Cover
3. Lower Valance/SE Trim
4. Driver's side Headlight - from your pic it looks like the lowest corner of the headlight is cracked, unless its a reflection
plus you mentioned your pass. headlight.
5. Grille
6. Front bumper Beam
7. Styrofoam Pad that attaches to bumper beam.
8. Radiator
9. Cooling Fan Assy.????

10.Radiator support brace..that where your hood latch and horn attach and radiator attach.
That is what I can see from your pics. Under your hood you have 2 2x4 looking beams
which are part of your frame that your bumper beam and whole front end attaches to
make sure those are not bent. And from what I can see your fenders look O.K. although I can't tell if the driver's side got damaged.

I thought that it looked o.k. in your pics but did not know if it might have been cracked or damaged in back..that would be 1 less part you would have to get. Also if none of the tabs are broken you may be able to reuse your grille

How does the radiator core support look? I can't tell from the pics you posted if that is bent.

Well I'm 18 going to 19. STate farm is coming to inspect it. My brother and co worker are pretty much mechs so I think I'm getting them to install the radiator and my co worker used to do body paint so I might save a lot on that. Saying that do you think I should get afterM parts? My brother said he saw a oem radiator used for 130... I can get a non oem new for 200 do you think it's worth it. Ohh and an update the radiator support is bent.

I would go new, and if your radiator core support is bent, I would recommend getting a new core support. If your core support is bent enough, I think you may even have frame issues, you may want to see if you need to have your frame pulled/straightened. You will need to have the new core support welded on.

I was in a similar colision last year. Mine wasent as bad however. I ended up needing a bumper SE valance radiator and air conditioner condenser. In the end it ended up being 2800 in damages. From what I can see you'll need what I needed pluss the bumper support. Rad support. Core support. Hood. And 2 headlights. I'm guessing around 4k in damages. The bumper may be salvageable if you just wanted to get the bumper support, core support, rad support, Rad and condenser just to get it running again.

well one correction all i need is the driver side headlight which runs about 150. i found the used rad for 130 and i think i can get the hood fixed until i get a new one i need a new rad support and bump support unlees they are ale to fix it. but is that 4k with all OEM parts?

#34 ·
I would only go oem on a car thats still under warranty but that's just me. But yea I would estimate around 3500-4000 give or take. Paint is expensive don't forget. But I deff would not get a used rad

^+1 .. I mentioned the exact samething earlier in this thread I would not
use anything but OEM parts on such a beautiful new Camry SE like his and
I would get the job done right to the OP you have the same color as mine.

the frame is alittle bent, ill have all the info when state farm comes and give me an estimate, maybe next week. how much would it cost to straighten it out i have two options:
1. buy a new after market radiator support frame for 150
or 2. fix my OEM radiator support for prob alittle bit more maybe 200 - 300
i can also buy a new OEM Rad sup fram for 600.

Its not that simple as I said in earlier post, it needs to be welded on. Unless you are a welder with the proper equipment, you need to pay for labor there.

#44 ·
You need to get the frame pulled professionally at a shop, then you need to have the damage core support removed, and a new core support welded on.

At this point I would not mess around with it.. It sounds like you need a Prof. body shop to do the work unfortunatly.
