My suggestion is to get a rear deck from the yard that has the holes already.

Yes. It already has the wires for the speakers in the trunk. I just got to put a hole on the rear pannel to mount the speakers or go get one. Might just save money and put a hole for it.

if your car don't have the hole on the deck then you might just go and find one at your local pick and pull shop, most of our corolla's came with deck that have holes and a plastic speaker mount and cover on it, i changed mine recently and it was just plug and play. the speaker screw's to the mount just fine, no cuttings of the deck and the covers.

No i actually just cutted holes but it aint where the speaker covers are more like towards the middle. Thanks

 

i see, have you cut then already? the easiest way to trace them is under the trunk, it has a cut out ready for 6x9s, trace the 6x9s cut out then turn the deck over then put the 6.5s speaker cover in the middle of the 6x9s trace. and your ready to cut...

i traced them under the trunk, it has a cutout already on the spot where the nuts on the chassis are located, took me just 20 mins to cut the holes and bolt them on.

 

Thanks the soeakers are rowards the middle but may get one at the junk yard that has the holes ans covers already. We'll see lol kinda a paint to remive the back seat and side panbeks again just to remove this pannel. ? #toyotaCorolla

 

Get a good rear shelf with speaker holes. The OEM speakers are 6.5" in the rear, so the shelf will be perfect. You can also grab brackets. Attaching speakers to the shelf isn't a good idea, they will be loose.

 

Ill look at one at a wrecking yard tomorrow or tuesday.
