check for vacuums leaks, throttle body and idle air control valve could be dirty, ect sensor could be bad. Search for videos on youtube.

 

Sounds like maybe noise coming from camshaft?

 

Could a lot of things. Plugs and wires? Is the check engine light on?

Multiple cylinder misfires

 

P0303 Code - Cylinder #3 Misfire
P0110 DTC - IAT Circuit Malfunction

Cylinder 3 (rear bank, middle) gets spark from the coil on top of cyl 6 (front bank, drivers side) via a plug wire. Could be a bad plug wire or a bad plug in cyl 3.

IAT = intake air temperature. IIRC, this sensor is mounted in the air filter box. Check that it's connected, and that the cable is not damaged.
