HELP! HELP! HELP!I took out my alternator 100 AMP fuse and it was bolted down with two wires attached. Now I have two white, one red and one black wires connections hanging there. I know that two of them hook to the side of car as ground, and two hooked to the 100 amp fuse casing but I do not remember which ones. Also I do not know if the red and black ones were the ones hook to the alternator/ other maxi fuse casing what color hooks to whAT SIDE?

I'm not 100% sure but USUALLY on vehicles White is ground.....
You would need to use a DMM to ensure that is correct before reconnecting anything.

NO. White are NOT grounds from the fusible link block!

A factory wiring diagram helps a lot.

OP: Was the 100A alternator fuse sitting in a block that is inside the big fuse box before you took it out?

From that block, Black is incoming from battery. One of the white is incoming from alternator. They each go on one leg of the 100A fuse socket. The other white wire connects to the 50A ABS fuse and the 50A AM1 fuse in the big fuse box. The red wire goes to the ABS unit.

The alternator fuse and the ABS fuse are connected back to back. The white wires go to the connected positions.
