The ambient lights (the blue LED's in the shelf area and on the door panels) in my 2014 Highlander Limited have stopped working. I don't know if I accidentally turned them off, if they're broken or what. I sure miss those lights and i have tried looking for the right switches everywhere.

took it back to the dealer for the ambient lights being on 24/7, and the light on the back door not on. they told me the entire door panel had to be replaced because the blue led wasn't removable. also you can't turn off the ambient lights, they go off when you turn off the ignition. they fixed the door light, but i have to bring the car back because the ambients still stay on 24/7. they need to order a part .

I have the same problem! LED on passenger rear door didn’t work, and the others stayed on 24/7. The dealer first replaced the ECU because of the lights staying on, and that seemed to fix the problem. The LED lights all turned off when the ignition was off. Next, the dealer replaced the door panel for the busted LED. That one now works, but the LED lights are back to staying on 24/7!!! Any ideas?

Weird! Back to the dealer I guess.
I actually noticed yesterday that my stem/stick/arm for turning on the headlights(left of the streering wheel) is not lighting up at night. The cruise and others are, but not the left stem. Hmmm! I'm out of warranty. Lets see how important this is for me :)
