take it back to the dealer. i finally got mine fixed (they used to blink). but now they're on 24/7, and the rear pass door (light) is off!!

 

Page 94 in my manual. There is a button at the tachometer that can adjust the lights.

 

that is for the instrument cluster not for the ambient lights.

 

not on mine, not before being fixed or after.

 

I can see the ambient lights being inadvertently turned off with the button.

 

took it back to the dealer for the ambient lights being on 24/7, and the light on the back door not on. they told me the entire door panel had to be replaced because the blue led wasn't removable. also you can't turn off the ambient lights, they go off when you turn off the ignition. they fixed the door light, but i have to bring the car back because the ambients still stay on 24/7. they need to order a part .

 

I have the same problem! LED on passenger rear door didn’t work, and the others stayed on 24/7. The dealer first replaced the ECU because of the lights staying on, and that seemed to fix the problem. The LED lights all turned off when the ignition was off. Next, the dealer replaced the door panel for the busted LED. That one now works, but the LED lights are back to staying on 24/7!!! Any ideas?

 

Weird! Back to the dealer I guess.
I actually noticed yesterday that my stem/stick/arm for turning on the headlights(left of the streering wheel) is not lighting up at night. The cruise and others are, but not the left stem. Hmmm! I'm out of warranty. Lets see how important this is for me

 

You got me thinking about this so I checked mine out. The only stalk that is illuminated is the cruise control stalk.

 

So I take it it is normal for the others not to be..lol..."Stalk"! thats the word I was looking for! Lol!

 

Anyone find a resolution to this? I have the same problem in my 2017 Platinum. Dealer can turn on the lights through their computer hooked up to the vehicle, but not otherwise. This is not a dash light brightness issue. Thanks all.
