Any way to turn off Highlander Hybrid engine but leave radio accessories on?

Is there a way to leave the accessories power on? I often pull up but still want to listen to the radio or keep charging my phone. Isn't there a way to power down the engine but leave those things on?

I've tried pressing the brake when I hit the power button, but that didn't work.

The OP is probably used to American cars that have retained accessory power after you turn off the engine. Radio and power windows will work for 10 minutes after the ignition is turned off. My Mom had a Oldsmobile in the 90's that did this and my Ford truck does this also. It's nice when you want to hear the end of a song or finish a phone call. In my old Camry I can kind of mimic this by turning the key from "Run" to "Accessory" but it would be impossible with push button.
