I just bought a new 2015 and I've been thinking about blacking out the emblems.
Out of the photos below, which include stock and my "edited" ones, what looks best? I also considered possibly replacing the front grille with a custom one instead of blacking out.

Please help choose between #1-6 or none

I hope your painting skills are better than your photoshop skills. ;-) Its hard to tell you from your "drawings" but go with what you like. I prefer straight plasti dip you've already said you prefer it glossy (And as others pointed out you can use their glossifier). Think you answered your own question

I thought so too, or black out all the emblems/leave them chrome. And just paint the chrome strip below the trunk lid. I agree with the front chrome as it looks too plain w/o it. Otherwise I was considering painting it a darker color(gunmetal grey) to match the rest. I just don't like the huge emblem and chrome pieces. But I also want to make it look as clean & oem as possible.

Nice, congrats. I used to work at your selling dealer awhile ago.

I'm not a fan of de-badging or blacking out but it looks ok on a black car. I would agree with the others and recommend plasti-dip and glossifier if that is your preference. Post pictures when complete.

Good luck.

plasti-dip and glossifier. That way you can remove it if in 3 years you want to sell it or change the look. IMO spray paint shouldn't go near a car. Only reason why plastidip is OK is because it is removable.
