Third try. Surges at idle, bogs down when I accelerate. Can't be driven, I'm thinking TPS, EGR? DID several vacuum checks, nothing, please help

Third try? I'm sorry, I'm not following what yer asking. ;)
What engine do you have?
Carbureted or fuel injected?
What parts have you tested?
How good is yer gas?
Has this vehicle been in an accident before? If so, what was damaged?
Is the check engine light on? If so, what were the exact codes you pulled?
How many miles do you have on the vehicle?
Is this an auto or manual transmission?
2WD or 4WD?
Do you have any aftermarket mods installed?
Any maintenance performed prior to this issue?
How did you perform the vacuum check?
Is it running rich?
Did you tamper/adjust the idle screws at all?
Is this the original engine? Is it in stock condition?

Thanks for your reply, '89 pick up ex. cab 22re automatic transmission. Original engine. I've had it for 10 years, one owner before me. I've put 110,000 miles on it, has 255,000 now. Has EFI, No mods, no major accidents just a couple fender benders
Ok, I posted a detailed description of what happened in a prior post, I'll to keep this short. Truck was running just fine, then I decided to pressure wash the rims(brake dust) then the mother, now I knew this before, then & now NO PRESSURE WASHER. I'm a jackass, that said, let's move on
I covered the coil & distributor and concentrated on valve cover, fire wall , fender well , throttle body and timing chain cover. When done motor was surging, when driving it surge then bog down , I'd let off the gas to change gears, more gas, run alright for a minute and bog down
I pulled over, unplugged TPS and it ran, I was able to get to my destination. So I messed with the TPS got worse
No check engine light only when I unplugged TPS. Tested MAF it's was good then main relay, VSV's good. Vacuum, I used smoke, stethoscope and soap. I'm thinking it's the throttle body and TPS
I appreciate your help

Looks like the replacement TPS should be 89452-20050 (198500-0191) based on the link I provided above.

If this has a distributor, and the distributor has a little hat hanging off the side, the vacuum advance, your symptoms might be the result of a failing vacuum diaphragm. Or there might be a leak in the vacuum line running from the intake to the vacuum advance. I know you said you tested vacuum, but if it has a vacuum advance, you might not have tested that small sub-circuit.

Remember that when yer using a digital meter, yer looking fer the consistency of the resistance to increase. Yer gonna need to go slow since most meters out there have a slight lag in the reading. If the numbers jump around or skip, yer TPS is bad. It's possible that it still has water in it. You could spray it with some WD40 but I'm not sure if that will cause any issues with the TPS or not. ;)

Yeah, I put it on the back burner for a few weeks. But, while testing; test#1 was good
( E2 - vta)
Test#2 (e2-idl) .022 feeler gauge was 0.66 to 0.77 give or take
Test#3 w/ .033 gauge struggled to find infinite
The rest of the test where ok
I'm thinking it's bad, test 2 seemed kinda low . I'm going to test it some more to make sure I'm getting it right and a couple others I have for comparison
