I have a 96 Corolla dx that has a gas line leaking and I was wondering if anyone knows which line this may be, this picture is taken from the rear driver side of the car

I'm going to guess that it's either the pressure or the return, and that the wider rubber hose is the vent?
I had that above the tank on my old 1990 COrolla, and I simply cut out the bad spot and spliced in some hose with clamps, since that car's body very closely resembled the fuel line in your picture.

You should be able to see which pipe is which by looking by the firewall. One is the high pressure gas line from the fuel pump to the fuel filter. One goes to the EVAP charcoal canister. The third is the return line. And then there are brakes lines too.

You would need to put in your VIN to make sure this is the correct parts diagram.

Brake lines. Different pages for with/without ABS.

You're probably correct. The EVAP pipe may only have vapor in it too, so that wouldn't be dripping.

But why not verify which pipe it is in multiple ways?

From looking at the diagram the middle fuel tube line is from the canister, but I dont know what function of that is for

I looked near my firewall and it appears that the return pipe is more toward the passenger side than the EVAP pipe and they are next to each other. I couldn't see exactly where the high pressure fuel line was, but I think it's probably the farthest toward the driver's side, so the diagram is probably correct.

In any case the return pipe and EVAP pipe have the little spring clamps, so they should be easier to repair compared to if the high pressure line were leaking.

the high pressure tube should go straight to that fuel filter ?

speaking of high pressure!, i have been hunting down the best method to depressurize the system, there does not appear to be a fuse for the pump in the engine bay to take out, start car and let stall to relieve pressure
