Axle hub nut?

That's not the lug nuts on tire

 

Maybe I'm blind ,what are the wheel lugs

Also,did you have to pay for access or is this readily available

It lists them as "axle hub nuts" I guess? Wheel lugs should be 76ft/lb whether you have steel or aluminum.

Access to TIS is $25USD for 2 days. You can save a lot of info in that time.

 

Yeah I remember having to buy a bigger torque wrench for that one on another car!

Axle hub nut

To me that's the nut on the end of the axle that tightens against the hub

Not a wheel stud nut

Perhaps this is a Japanese to English issue

Or I'm a mental case
