Hey, I need help and if this is an easy fix. I have a check engine light come on only when I turn the AC on. the dealer said it was the engine coolant bypass valve and quoted me at $900 crazy. Is this something I can fix myself? I have a 2020 SE with only 35k miles and the VINN starts with a 5. Any pictures or advice to anyone who experienced this thank you for any help!

My coolant valve connector is still nice and dry.

In photos # 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, you can see the plastic retainer clip pulled out on the high pressure pump fuel inlet. It works just like for the coolant valve fittings... I removed then reinstalled a lot of stuff for better access, including the noise suppressor shroud held by plastic wingnuts underneath. GGP's fuel pump flange gives me better access now. Original flange had started to rust heavily beneath the pump.
