Seriously I hope some of you sitting on the fence consider Ocean Gem. Just found this beauty heading some where for a lucky buyer. On top of great color, wheels are on fire. What a look

Those wheels are pretty darn good looking- certainly something that I'd spring for if I was buying a 2025. They look especially good with the Ocean Gem color.

Like the ocean gem color though yet to see it on a lot. I am almost thinking of an LE...if I would be willing to let my Maverick Truck go but sure I want to give it up even though it does not have ACC (active cruise control). Ford did, in my option, an outstanding job with the Mav's little hybrid engine, brakes and ecvt.

But more so they did a fantastic job of keeping the price reasonable. But backlog I understand is a long wait.

They didn't license Toyota's Hybrid Synergy Drive in the mid 2000's for nothing. The Ford Escape and Fusion hybrids used a hybrid system designed by Ford but some of their technology violated some of Toyota's patents so they made a deal. Ford got the rights to use Toyota's Hybrid Synergy Drive and Toyota got the rights to Ford's diesel and direct injection technology.

Ford did an excellent job keeping the price of the Maverick low but the dealers screwed all that up by jacking up the prices.

Hum, indeed now recall Toyota licensing that. Did not realize Ford picked it up for their use. I am liking the way Ford did the hybrid interface on the Mav. Seems a bit seamless in use and enjoying the 40 maybe 44 mpg in city only driving. Not Prius mpg but pretty good for a truck.

Yes, purchase experience was not fun. Took two years to get it though went through a dealer with not dealer fee and sold at msrp. Ford, give them credit for it, gave me a rebate of like $2,500 (maybe 2,700) off the purchase price since it took two years to build it. Already had a highlander 2020 hybrid so was not in a hurry to get it thus it worked out good for me in the end.

Well now expecting Ocean Gem to be Ocean Gem blue or Teal blue. No problem but was hoping for a little more greenish hue or Teal green look below.
Toyota really should correct their website color spec chart to show "teal blue versus current teal green". Pucker Up

Small World After All...like that, won't get this image out of my Head anytime soon :)

2025 Camry's have not hit dealer lots so we only have pictures to rely on. I'm seeing really different colors for Ocean Gem that are night and day different. This first picture clearly shows the OG color with a blue hue, which is what I like.

I've seen majority of videos/uTube videos showing dominate blue hue as narrator mentions new ocean gem color. Across the board bluish/gem color.

Yet on Toyota's webpage I'm seeing a different green color Ocean Gem with a dominate green hue. Completely different

Color contrast is not due to shade nor full sunlight. Its as if I'm seeing two completely different colors. One with dominate blue pigment and the other with dominate green pigment. So can anyone tell me exactly what is Ocean Gem color? Seems Toyota's website might have final say and if that's the case I would call color Ocean Gem Green. Not forest green but there's almost zero blue pigment in Toyota website (build) color offering.
First white SE I've seen that looks pretty good IMO.

I think the black trim in the front makes it looks better. The body colored grill on the XSE is too monochromatic IMO and is main reason I'm not interested in it. On top of that the honeycomb grill is difficult to clean and being body colored its going to show bug stains and rock chips more than the black plastic.

Well here it is Sept tomorrow and our dealers in this metro area still have only red, black and white in stock. I can drive 2 hours to look at one in person... (Anyone remember the color Thunder for the Tundra? Supposedly gray, but depending on the light, it could go either gold or violet. Gorgeous. Then I had a Civic hybrid in Opal, a pale blue but went green or lavender--or white!)

Isn't this the next Gen for the Camry? (Major redesigns?)

I'd advise folks from NOT buying one for, at least, the first 6-8 months...maybe longer if issues start showing up. It seems that recent new Gen Toyota's (Prius, Tundra) have had some pretty serious issueswhen they first came out that Toyota had to work out. (Thousands of Tundra owners are now scheduling to get a whole new engine!)

BTW, I love that aqua-blue color, too! I am a little disappointed in the redesigned Camry's don't look as "mean" in the front as before...I liked that mean look!!

owns 2021 Toyota Prius AWD LE
I have a '17 Mazda CX5 which is similar to the Ocean Gem. Wife's previous two Camry hybrids were grey metallic and she didn't want another grey car. Her first car in college was red so she opted to go supersonic on the '25 Camry. Grey interior, not black. I'm liking it. Shown here mostly in the shade but it's pretty nice in direct sunlight.

Had the car ceramic coated last week.

I am looking for ocean gem Rav 4 hybrid or camry hybrid( want to test both- have had 2 camrys) Anyone know the release date on the 2025's? Getting conflicting info on changes to the 2025 RAV 4 hybrid or if they are waiting until 2026
The 2025 Camrys have been on the market for a long time. If you meant the RAV4, perhaps someone on that form has insight they can share. All I have heard is that the RAV4 Prime will be renamed t the RAV4 Plug0In Hybrid.

As the for colors, I was very favorably impressed with the “Reservior Blue” color. So much so that I bought one! Not just for the color, of course. Reservoir is a flat, non-metallic blue. I didn’t expect I’d like it, but up close, it’s very nice. It also has a variable quality to it. It looks more medium sky blue in bright light, and becomes a distinctly darker shade in muted light. My only concern is that I think it’ll show minor scratches more than a metallic. If the Ocean Gem SE had had the cold climate package, it would have been a very tough call. That’s a nice color too.

I almost got the red one. The paint job looked higher quality, thicker, more glossy. Maybe I was just imagining it. I ended up with a Reservoir Blue one. Looks between a royal and midnight blue, with a little red mixed in. I don't like how it leans toward purple sometimes under certain color temps. But really it's all just perception, and you get used to it or forget about it. It's a decent blue. I put a coat of Nu Finish polish on it; claims to last for a year. So that's about 2 months in the winter probably...
