I have a Toyota Avalon 2013 xle. It doesn't have the ECO mode botton but it activates by it self ( I see the green light display on the dash) . I need to know how to on and off it by my self. Someone should please help me.
How do I activate ECO drive mode in my 2013 Avalon?

Nothing. If system functions as it should, it is ECM that decides, when ECO mode is achieved. That is determined by how much or little load is on the power train. So it's either driving style, or colder weather, or bad petrol or whatever else factors that make engine run with higher petrol consumption.
I have a '13 XLE Touring. It has an ECO|NORM|SPORT button. If memory serves, the model you have will determine which switch setup (if any) you have. These buttons will change gas pedal responsiveness, shift points, steering response and HVAC output.
From my Owner Manual:
The settings that arh refers to is to turn off the "ECO" indicator light only. It doesn't determine whether or not the car will go into ECO mode, it just enables or disables the "ECO" light which would display inside the tachometer. The car will automatically light this up (if enabled) when you're not heavy on the gas or going uphill.
