Taking the seats out looks pretty strait forward, if it weren't for the plastic covers that cover the bolts holding the seats in! Is there a technique to removing them? I have a panel tool, but I dont want to force pry it off and break it?
How do you remove plastic bolt covers to remove seats?

You have to be pretty forceful with them. I usually use a flathead screwdriver and slip it underneath, then lever it upwards until it pops off. Don't be afraid to get a little rough with it as they're quite resilient.
OK thanks. I never forced them that hard yesterday in fear of breaking a clip or something I couldnt see. Ill try it again with some force. I just wanna take my seats out and detail the interior
Yea, they pop off pretty hard. Watch your face/eyes.
It really is so much easier with the seats out, but dont be afraid to pull the center console and perimeter trims and remove the carpet from the car. SO much easier to clean it outside the car and you can clean the floor pan (and stick down a little sound deadening).
