I dont know about those specific h11 ones but when i tried 9006 base leds on my 05 corolla S i was not happy. They looked really bright when you werre looking at the fog-light but they didnt light up the road as well as stock 9006 bulbs. The spec sheet says that they put out the same 150-lumens as those you posted.

You're gonna have to shell out some $$$ if you want decent LED fogs. You want bulbs that put out nearly the same lumens as the halogen h11's, which you're looking at probably $100+, instead of your typical cheap eBay junk that has horrible output and really just looks like crap as it's just not putting out enough lumens.

Honestly, your best bet would be getting some Fusion fogs and retrofitting them into your current fogs. You'll get some nice color flicker (looks, people see this when driving at you), better fog output, etc etc. Still $100+ this route though.

i didnt even know they made LED bulbs that give the same lumens as halogens...for ones that dont from V-LEDs they are like $70 so its not that big of a jump to spend over $100. Which company sells those LED bulbs? I already have HIDs in mine but im curious for future/other cars.

No clue, you'll have to search. You're wanting at least 1200 lumens, but still, 5k color is not preferable for fogs.

oh ok. yea i run 4300k in my fogs and i like it better. and I mean Rigid industries makes light bars with like 15,000 lumens, so its not like LEDs cant make the actual lumens, i think its just not practical yet due to cost and size needed. The one i am referring to from rigid is like 48" and over $3500 lol.

Its just going to be a matter of time before LED bulbs with the lumens of HID kits are available for automotive driving lights (fog, high, low beams). Then, only the light fanatics will buy because they will be so much money. Then, eventually the prices will fall and i think the LED bulbs will be what an HID kit is now, which is a solid light upgrade for not alot of money. Cant wait for that!

Thats the way i hope it happens at least lol

i'm not quite sure what your saying, but...i wasnt contradicting your post, i was using what you quoted of my post as an example of how the LED technology is on its way to being LED bulbs that are actually brighter than halogen bulbs.

the LEDs have the ability to be brighter, it just takes too many and too big of size to get it. In my example, it took a 48" bar that cost like $3500 to get to 15,000 lumens, so yea work, your right its still a ways away before a bulb can make 2-3000 lumens. But i think the process has begun!

A much cheaper alternative to LED fogs and much easier to install b/c you dont have to mess with kits or the original housing are Xenon replacement bulbs for your fogs. I just replaced my Avalons OEM fogs with Hoen Xenon fogs to match my HIDs and they look great.

Here's the thread for some pics and the link to the Hoen website: http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/311-4th-generation-2013/486769-fog-light-replacement.html

***Note: The Xenon fogs will look much brighter than the Camrys OEM Halogen low beam projectors. So beware bc they won't match.

oh wow i never heard of those things, thats sick! The yellow ones are a super deep yellow and the white is pure white. Cool, thanks for the link to the thread too. The H11's are both pre-order only as of now.
