I have just received some very unfortunate and sad news regarding the passing of a fellow TN member.

Andrew Chin, known as SE V6 on the board, was a long time friend of mine which pre-dates my interest in cars. In fact, one of my earliest memories of the exhilaration of speed was riding shotgun in his turbo Eagle Talon. That was before I even had my licence.

Andrew joined TN about 1 year ago after purchasing a Gen5 Camry SE V6, and most of you will remember him by his helpful attitude on the Camry forum. A number of you know Andrew personally from his involvment with Ultimate Racing.

Andrew passed away on April 24th very suddenly due to reasons that are still unknown at this point. I am sure we will all mourn Andrew's passing. Please remember him and his loved ones in your prayers.

my sentiments are the same as the people that have posted previously. i hope things sort themselves out for his friends & family, and that he's somewhere up there looking down at us, happy that he has so many people that care about him.

Andrew was an O.G. in the Camry forum. He was the 1st to have a custom y-pipe made for his Gen5 V6.

This is such a shock. My condolences to his friends and family... :(
What is an O.G.?

I think i saw him once. Sux for him and everyone who knew him. Sounds like a pretty cool guy.
