Just sharing the fun i'm having modding my daily driver. My Gen 5 started off as a 2002 SE with stock 16" hub caps. The infamous hub caps began falling off one by one and after a while my car looked like a total beater. :ugh3:

Fast forward to now and my son is now 5 weeks old. After he was born, I was actually thinking of selling the Camry and purchasing a GS or even a SUV. After weighing my options, I decided to try and ride it out to see if I still liked the Camry. After tinting the windows and seeing how it turned out. I got the mod bug and haven't looked back. I'll have more updates as things progress.

All I have installed so far are the following:

-6K HID's and 3K Fogs
-Tint all around
-19" MRR H1 Wheels
-V-leds exterior and interior lights
-Weathertech Window Visors

Future mods:

-BC Racing Coilovers (Should be here this weekend)
-JP Body kit with jp lip spoiler
-Remove OEM SE Spoiler
-Black out the roof
-Roll fenders
-Koolvue Side Mirrors

Show a distance shot of the rims please! I know the wheel gap will make me cry....but you have coils coming so it won't make me cry too hard

Looks great so far!

I have the mild JP lip spoiler going on, so I will probably go to a junkyard and find a 3rd brake light :)

those are awesome looking rims! it will look great once you drop it! good shots of the weathertechs... i always were weary of them because i feel they would stick out like a sore thumb, but they seem so streamline you can barely tell.
Yeah, I was surprised on how sleek they were.

love the concave look of the MRR's... what's the offset?
19x8.5+35

When its finished its gonna be sickkkk

I know Mike from our SEMA and tracking days at Buttonwillow, so he gave me a fair price. Just hit him up and see what he can do. He's an awesome guy to do business with.

The visors I found from a thread on the forum. I think I purchased it from realtrucks.com or something like that. A fellow forum member even has a coupon code for us to use. I may even have mine up for sale once I get back from Japan since I plan to pick-up some OEM units if possible.

LOL thanks bro. I got your pm, just need to get home so I can reply because getting to pm's on my cell phone is a pain haha.

Damn! That is sexy!

I LOVE the rims...can i have them?
Thanks. Sure how much are we talking?

Damnnnn looks nice!!
man i want coils now
very nicely done Rick! welcome to slammed gen5-5.5 community!!!! Keep up the amazing work, and i see in one the pictures in page1 that you got a vizage lip kit?! keep us posted!

Eh RickDogg do you have time to go to the "relax meet" next weekend? @ Ktown?
Thanks. Yeah the pic is of the JP kit with the trunk lip spoiler and some LED signal Koolvue side mirrors. I am not sure when I will get those on. I'd like to sell my spare BBK's for the Z33 to fund the rest of the stuff haha.

I'm not sure if I will be swinging by the meet, although I will try. Things have been crazy ever since my son was born. If not, have a blast guys :)

props to this build... JP VIZAGE ftw! now all you have to do is get the wing off and get a lip spoiler and some side moldings for the real vizage look...

SIDE MOLDINGS FTW~!
Thanks. Yeah the OEM wing is going to come off once I get the entire kit painted. I already have the JP lip spoiler waiting.

Thanks for posting those pics. Always nice to see what others have done. However, I personally like making my own style like and seeing what happens. :)

I also removed the SE spoiler, which was a major pain in the butt. This is what you are left with once the spoiler is removed:

Passenger side:

I went ahead and installed the LE license plate bezel as well (Not sure on actual name of that part lol):

very nice overall package. i'm loving the wheels, drop, and other mods. temporary emblemless trunk looks awkward, but i feel yah- i ran like that too in-between emblems and felt like my trunk was naked.

^damn. bad timing. i went from le to se trunk garnish, and now i have the chrome le trunk thingy sitting in the shed. we should've just traded! :headbang:

i'm awaiting pics of the lip spoiler. i'm on the fence between that particular one and this pre-painted oem replica: http://www.carid.com/product.php?productid=41630&cat=0&page=1
