You can pick up color matched mirrors at the dealer. I broke one of mine and got a replacement that was already painted.

 

from what i could find, they're about $140 each for the replacement's color coded to your truck, unless ya wanna try and disassemble it yourself...

Right-I found the mirrors at TRDParts4U but I was also wondering if anyone on here had actually done the mod. What was your experience?

 

i'm assuming you gotta remove the door panel and take off the housing to swap out the black to the color you want. maybe check this one out for the great images.
