I noticed that while on the highway on cruise control my cruise cotrol speed indicates 1 mph higher that the main display for speed. For example 66 (cruise control) & 65 main dash. Is there a way to synchronize this so it shows the same?

If your car isn't going 66mph it won't read 66mph. Where you have it set at and the cars speed can be different. Its just in the programing of the cruise control . Example being if you set cruise at 66mph and the actual speed read by the ecu 66.1mph then you might be in cruise control at 65.9mph . You are within the range specified for accurracy even though it looks wrong. You could set it at 66.7mph and be cruising at 66.5 and it would look correct.

My cruise display speed reads 102 km/h when the GPS says it's doing 100. My Golf is exactly the same. I know in Germany cars must display no less than the actual speed. So car speedos and cruise controls are set to display a higher speed than reality. It's illegal to display a lower speed than reality. Two percent is a reasonable buffer to avoid this when, for example, changing tire sizes.

I see this on mine. It's likely you're not driving on a perfectly flat area. You're going down hill slightly. My work commute there's a section I never thought was inclined at all but it consistently showed 74mph if I set the CC to 75 mph. Until I reached a more flat part of my commute and it then matches the set cc speed.

Mine does the same thing, on occasion the cruise control speed will show 1mph over the speedometer indicated speed. I guess the speed calibration is slightly different between the two? You would think they both get the same data.

On a side note, I really wish there was a way to reduce how aggressively the radar cruise will slow you down when a car is in front of you. Even on the shorter following distance setting. It almost makes it unusable. Because d*ck heads are always going a few mph slower. [emoji38]

TSS is really good though overall, and much better than some of the competitors.
