Since it will contaminated, your best bet would be to replace the CV axle.

Grease out = dirt & grit in. And that will eventually ruin the joint. Disassembly of C/V joints is a messy and difficult. Just replace the whole axle.
I didn't see any 2018 videos yet. However, you can locate older (such as 2017) axle removal videos, and then locate CV boot replacement videos. The more difficult would be the passenger side.
If the original axle is still good and the joints aren't clicking, you can clean, inspect, and if everything is fine, reboot the original axles using OE Toyota boots. Other members would just buy new aftermarket axles with lifetime warranty and be done with it. But your best bet will be the original axles that are still in good condition in terms of smooth, vibration-free performance.
That's why I personally prefer to reboot original axles with OE boots, inspecting the boots at every oil change, and replace at the first signs of hairline cracks. Reman axles might have been reground, and they'll be a crapshoot.
