Did an Oil Change on the HL tonight and a few other items of maintenance...

I went to go login to my Toyota account to note it all and can't because the OLD password field has requirements!??!
They are requiring me to change my password.. OK cool I get that..
But the OLD password field must meet the new password requirements?!?!?
EHHH how the F is that going to happen?!?!?!

Just went off on their twitter and FB accounts with this one...
Their web people need to be fired, they are TERRIBLE!!

Anyone else have issues logging in?

Nope, I use excel to log :lol:


edit: huh, I had to reset mine to get it, had to do the email reset method so I wouldn't have to type in my old password...odd, but I'm in at least.

edit..AGAIN: what the...now it made me reset my password with the new password I just reset, just like your screen...hate programmers :lol:

I call that "busy work". Lets them keep their jobs, and shows they are needed to fix the problems (that they create).
