Turn off the Center Screen

I have a 2012 XLE and was wondering if there is some way to turn of the console screen. Sometimes when I am driving at night, I just don't want the large screen in the center lit as I am not using the radio or the navigation.

setup>screen setting>screen off.
or something like that.

On mine it is DISP in the bottom R corner>display off.

when you turn the display off, how do you turn it back on??

I have the '12 XLE with the 7" navigation screen. Try pressing the Setup button, then Display. In the upper right of the display press Screen-Off. To turn it back on press 'any' button.

On mine, any button touched will restore display.
