It could be moisture overnight thats mixing with the oil in the top of the valve covers or cap. Not much to do damage.

Or if its bad and the oil is milky too it's BHG (blown head gasket)

 

It's just moisture. It'll be gone with a long drive. If you drive a lot of short distances like I do then it'll be there too.

 

nuron is correct. It is condensation mixed with a little oil, caused by a lot of short trip driving. When you first start your car when it is morning cold, condensation is produced as a byproduct of combustion. As the car get's good and hot, this moisture rises to the top, like steam in a boiling kettle. As you continue to drive for longer periods of time, a hot engine will eventually boil away this misture. That's why people say short trip driving is the hardest on your car's engine and why it is necessary to change the oil more frequently when you do a lot of short trip driving. Short trip driving never get's the engine hot enough to boil away this condensation.

What is this thing on the Intake Manifold? Because i found it disconnected.

And... I know that water sometimes splashes out the muffler, but why is mine kind of brown and black? Does this mean anything?

The first picture is the A/C idle-up actuator - it should have a big vacuum line on the bottom attached to is and the two smaller ones at the top attached to a solenoid on the firewall. The screw on the front of it adjusts how much the idle goes up when the A/C goes on. (the solenoid lets vacuum go to the thing on the manifold which lets more air go to the engine)

Brown/Black out of the exhaust is normal on an older car. It is a mixture of rust from old exhaust and carbon from the motor. Don't worry about it.

the brown and black water is normal because all sorts of dark colored gasses go through your exhaust system.

I had that on mine as well. Tasted it and found it WAS jizz... Just kidding.

I thought I had a bad head gasket, but my problems were more to do with a bad valve cover gasket, leaking oil into the plugs, as well as a bad radiator. I was under the assumption that the oil cap gunk had something to do with it, but not really. I'd say clean it out and let it be. Worst case, change the oil, change problem parts, see if it goes away.

The brown stuff is from Olestra chips, they cause leakage. But not from the car.
