when it gets to the quarter mark then i put in 20-25$... i heard it's not good for the fuel pump if you let it go to E all the time... since the fuel cools the fuel pump.

 

When the fuel light comes on and I happen past a station with good prices (they flux 10-15 cents per gallon within 10 miles of each other)

 

around 1/4 tank or so i start looking for a shell or 76 station

 

Bout to go drive mine like 20+ miles and the gas light came on last night. Having no money sucks :thumbdown I'll fill it up eventually though

 

1/2 and 1/4, i never let it touch E

 

I try to let it stay above 1/2 as much as i can. If not then atleast above 1/4. Only in ruff times do my gas gauge ever go to E.

i always fill up around 1/4 tank left or that the 2nd to the last line...
in my gen3, the light has came on before on me, but it went away after i braked for a stop... i dont like the feeling of waiting for the light to come on tho :ugh3:

 

I don't like waiting on the light. I don't trust it at all.

 

Usually around 1/4 when I have some time...I drive to NJ to get my gas, it's like 5 minutes down the road, and it's about 15 cents cheaper than the closest NY places, so I figure it's worth it.

Whenever I feel like it. If my car sputters and stops, I just push it to the nearest gas station, and fill it up with whatever I have of change in my car.

 

I can get 30 miles of hard ass driving when my light comes on.

I normally fill up at 1/4 tank or lower.

 

Try not to let it get low for the fuel pump thing mentioned earlier, also I try to keep it full so there is less chance of condensation.

 

I think I have OCD :ugh3: I fill it up when its gets to 3/4 a tank or half

 

usually around a 1-4 tank. it always seems to only take around 50L tho, doesn't matter if the light is on or the gauge is just above 1\4, it confuses me

 

Until today, I didn't know that there was a light that let you know that you were running out of gas soon. I presumed that there was, I just had never seen it.

It is not good to let it go that low.

 

1/4 tank. Lucky for me, the gas station that Wifey works at usually has the cheapest gas in the country. It's $1.58 right now.

 

i fill up regaurdless of how much gas i have. Monday and Friday's because its like 20 cents cheaper at my school. So i always get a full tank before the week ends $1.87 was my last price at 87octane

1/4 or whenever gasoline is cheap (12/10/04 $1.55!!) and fill it ALL the way up!

 

WFT!!?? where the hell are you gettin these low ass prices from?? aint shit lower than $2.15 here...im driving to ohio to get my gas from now on...
