All Corollas have an "eco" light that goes green whenever you drive in an efficient way. That's just some sort of a monitor light.
Not to be confuse with with "eco mode" : a button on the console, close to the transmission (alongside TC button) that some, not even all Corolla LE Eco have.

 

Actually it has a button to go on eco mode. He can enable or disable it.

 

It's a select-able mode for better fuel economy.
