Online sources are in contradiction with each other about what the axle seal is for the right side of my 99 Corolla with 4 speed Automatic.
Olathe Toyota search engine says right is 90311-34022, and left is 90311-34023.
Other online search engines says right is 90311-34023.
Guy at the part desk of my local Toyota dealer says both or either could be correct. And his computer doesn't get down to details like auto vs manual for older cars.
I suspect the search engines are mashing up different transmissions. (I understand all the transmission options each had different sizes for left and right so maybe the left seal for one is the right seal for the other!).
