Probably deep inside the dash. Or go look at an electrical wiring diagram.

 

You will have a hard time finding it. It took me a while, but there is no relay. The flasher lights (I'm assuming that you mean the four flasher light by «blinker»?) are driven directly by the «Combination Meter Assembly» that is right above the steering wheel.

No relays on cars today. That is why you use resistor led bulbs like in my DIY.

 

Modern cars don't use relays for the turn signals anymore. The audio feedback that you hear when the turn signal is on is produced from the cars speakers. It's all controlled by solid state electronics.
