This is very specific to older Cressidas, but my warning lights are lit up (Battery Charge, Brake). The ESP system on this car is meant to diagnose low brake fluid, burnt out bulbs and a discharging battery. When I press the "check" button it lists all three as being a problem, but the brake lights work, there is lots of brake fluid and the battery is brand new. Does anyone know anything about resetting/fixing this system?

Probably the connections on the ESP monitor wiring need to be cleaned.
Pay special attention to the connections to ground inside the ESP unit (if a signal can't go back to the battery through the ground wire then it will often find its way back through the other warning bulbs and then through the sensors).

battery, charge, and brake lights all lit up together means it IDed a fault with the alternator that wouldn't light up just the battery light. confusing and backwards but it is what it is.
