Hey guys, the time has come for me to move on to a bigger car with more doors, so I'm doing something I might regret later on in life. :yikes: :slap: I've owned this car since 2005 and was garaged most of its life.

1990 AE92 Corolla GTS
-painted Supra Red last year
-1.6L Smallport 4AGE 179XXXkms (112,000mi)
-Oil changes done regularly by Toyota (Clarington and Whitby)
-mint interior and seats, no tears, cracks, broken pieces, even the center console door is mint (have spare console also)
-Car is never abused but it does see redline and spirited highway driving on a regular basis.
-This car is probably one of the mintest AE92s you will find in Ontario and maybe Canada.

Engine Mods
-KBD 4-into-1 header (not installed)
-Ractive cone filter w/AFM adaptor
-TRD short shifter kit/w ball shifter knob (not installed.. I might do this install soon, the shift knob is on though)
-Otherwise still stock

Exterior mods
-Monza Air horn :smokin:
-Shaved antenna (see Audio)
-H4 headlight conversion

Suspension/Wheels
-MOMO Monte Carlo steering wheel w/HKB hub (not installed) Wheel is super mint and it comes with a TRD horn button sourced from TRD Japan (Thanks to CDUFF77)
-New rotors last year (front/back) and pads, rebuilt the rear calipers with my buddy last year, fronts will need to be greased and maybe quickly overhauled and bled.
-APEX 1.7inch lowering springs riding on OEM struts
-TRD rear sway bar (not installed but included)
-Cusco adjustable front strut mounts (not installed but included)
-OEM GTS wheels with Falken AZENIS 195/60-14 for track duties
-Black Racing RS8 wheels with a pair of Kumho 711 195/50-15s up front, Michelin XGT-V 195-55-15 on the back, also have a spare pair of Kumho 711 205-50-15s that I will include. The wheels are currently For sale and have an interested buyer for them, I just have to find a box for the wheels. Price will change if the wheels sell on their own.

Audio.
-Autoloc internal antenna kit (haven't got around to installing it)
-JL Audio 4inch up front
-Power Acoustic 5.25inch on the back
-Kenwood tape deck
-Will include current system for $400 more if desired (Eclipse Deck, Nakamichi amp, RF P1 sub/box)

The bad (not much really)
-some surface rust on the top corner of the windshield, I have not seen any AE92s without this problem.
-Minor bubbling on the DR side fender.. it comes with a spare fender anyways, LOL! but you could easily fix it, its not noticeable but I know its there.
-Fuel filter needs to be changed (I have it, just no time to do it myself)
-I think the accesory belts will need to be replaced eventually, I hear them squeal once a while
-Rear LCA bushings need to be replaced
-Stock struts.. nuff said

AGAIN what I will include (lots of spare parts)
-spare headlight motors (not sure how many)
-spare rotors (new fronts), and calipers
-spare DR side fender and trunk lid w/spoiler
-spare center console
-spare C56 Transmission (from a Blacktop 20V)
-Cusco adjustable front strut mounts
-TRD rear sway bar
-TRD quick shifter
-Levin/Trueno GTZ hoodscoop :yikes:
-anything else I can't remember

TEH PICS! (Thread is worthless without them)

Interior shots to follow

I'm asking $4300 with the wheels, $3800 without the wheels, FIRM.

Don't lowball me, you know this car is worth the money, you want cheap then find a beatup, high mileage, rusted out AE92 somewhere else and you'll still pay easily $1500 for it. (lowballers will be banned, and shot, not necessarily in that order :) )

I know man... it's the end of an era for me, time to get something more mature and with more doors to carry the kids, I'm looking at cars like the 1.7EL, Corolla/Matrix XRS, Impreza WRX, even the GS300 is on my list. :yikes:

if I do find a cheap 4dr car though, I might be able to keep both. :)

Yes surr! Those are excellent choices, the Lexus is a natural upgrade while the Scooby is just awesome!

Wow, seems like everyone's selling their Corollas nowadays....

Good to hear! We can still do it... :naughty: I may end up keeping it, so you never know. :)

yeah ok man, its got some body work on the list now and the rotors need to be machined but i dont think it should be too much longer...

#12 ·
Just adding my 2 cents, if I were to get a new car... it wouldn't be FWD. ;)

But don't get me wrong, both XRS' are nice, but if I had to pick one of the two it'd be the old Matrix XRS since a wagon is a lot more practical. And you get room for a banging stereo system if you want to do so as well lol

#10 ·
oh man! bump for a nice ae92.. maybe you should get an ae94 and swap that instead of selling this ;)

it's always nice to upgrade to bigger better fancier things though!

Hmmm, last of a dying breed of memorable AE92 GT-S' in Ontario...

Best of luck, Ren, makes me miss mine that much more, especially since it was the same Super Red. Special Boro-price for moi? :D

beautiful AE92....by far my favorite one of all time...im sad to see youre selling it!!!!!!
in terms of your upgrade, be a man and get the GS300...screw these little compacts....go for a real upgrade and get a nice luxoboat...
although the rolla XRS is a sick car...so is the scooby...
the 1.7EL just makes no damn sense...the CSX is cool tho

Yeah, the 1.7EL is just a luxo-Civic :yikes: the GS300 is always one of my favorites, specially the 1st gen (Aristo).
