Installing Cruise Control w/pre-wired

Hi.

I bought a cruise control kit on aliexpress for my Corolla Gli 2011 (Made in Japan).
After a lot of search on the web, I was able to verify that the car has the pre-wired factory.

-It has the clutch switch.
-It has the brake switch.
-It has the appropriate wiring in the steering wheel, even in the spiral cable.

Here I attach images

Image 1: Clutch switch.
Image 2: Brake switch.
Image 3: Steering wheel wires. (Light blue wire, is RED on CC command connector of image 5) (Brown is BLACK on CC command connector of image 5)

Also, i connected OBDII techstream and in the "Cruise Control" section, only the "Brake Switch" is visible, I do not see the clutch switch and all the options of the Cruise Control command.



When I press ON / OFF on my newly installed command, nothing happens on the instrument panel. I was watching instrument panel and I do not see any option where the "CRUISE" could come on.
If you look closely you can see the relief of the possible lights / indicators on the black background.


Any ideas?

Well, I checked all the original wiring of the car.
There is continuity between the spring of the steering wheel, on the red wire of the command connector, to pin 40 of the ECU in the engine compartment. In the other black pin there is continuity with ground.

I guess is missing programming, because the wiring is correct and the switches installed, everything from the factory. It can also be the cluster that does not have that function, although I do not know if that could make everything else not work. As I was searching in another forum, it is also necessary to change the speedometer, in this case my work is finished here.

I have the same problem! BUT i notice that the system control works just fine besides la "Cruise" dash light, all ok. I make a test drive, in about 40 mph i press the on/off, one down to mark the speed wanted and then car kept the speed. When i press the brake it turns off and then up to resume and it accel to the stored speed.

The down side is that i dont know if it is turned on or off.

I ll like to know if there is a way to enable the light in the dash.
