Power steering return to reservoir hose is leaking.

I’m sure this question was asked already, but I would like to ask anyway.
Month ago I’ve decided to flush power steering fluid, Camry 2010 2.5L. For that I had to disconnect return hose to reservoir. I’ve done this per video on YouTube. All went smoothly. Now I’ve noticed that hose that connects to reservoir is letting fluid out, very slowly. I thought it was spring clam, got damaged somehow when I took off hose, and I used screw on clam. That didn’t help. I think hose cracked somewhere and should be replaced.
Unfortunately I can’t find just hose itself, instead I find assembly with metal tube. Any reason for that? Should I get something cheap and remove hose and replace the one I have in the car and leave rest of the assembly. Or I need to replace everything? Kind of strange. Why I can’t find just hose?

If it's the hose you can get a segment of an ATF hose at parts stores. ATF hoses are formulated to resist the aggressive detergents in ATF, so don't put just any rubber hose on there.

Or for $20-25 plus shipping, get one off rockauto, such as this one below for US built Camrys.

And use the 5% off code, scroll to the newest post:

Also, try entering your VIN on an online Toyota's parts catalog. See what part number and price come out:

Leak as in it is pouring out or leak as in it is just wet. Loosen the clamp, readjust the hose a bit or as much as you can, tighten the clamp, spray the area with brake cleaner, and see if it comes back. Otherwise just get 3/8" or 5/8" ATF hose and replace the rubber hose.

For future reference, you should purchase a flavor injector from the kitchen tools section. This allows you to suck out the old fluid from the PS reservoir. instead of removing the return hose. Works great less mess, and possible damage to either the reservoir or the hoses.

I use an old, cleaned shampoo pump as suggested by Ken4 here:
