TPMS settings? What PSI level causes the warning light to turn on?

So my TPMS warning light just came on the other day (New 2012 Limited with 4k miles) I checked the tires and they are all around 25 psi. Is 30 psi the baseline the sensors use? and if so, how many PSI do the tires need to be off before the light goes on? 25psi? 28 psi? Will the sensor light go on if they are too high as well? If so, how many 32psi? 35psi?

I noticed the door sticker says 30 psi is factory recommended, what is everybody setting theirs at? 30 psi or more/less?

This came up before, but I couldn't find the thread. The FSM didn't specify a specific change; it just indicated when checking the system, drop the psi (or raise it) 5-6psi from where it was previously set. The system reacts to a change in pressure, not just a drop. So the psi going up should trip it too.

I keep mine at 35psi. Mostly because I tow frequently enough, and don't want to change between 30-35 psi every-time.

My observation has been 28 PSI is the threshold. BTW, screw the factory label, and IMO go with 35 PSI.
In the case of my '13 there are two stickers, side-by-side, and they don't agree! I stick with 35 too. That is actually where the dealer set mine when we rolled off the lot.

Dropped the spare a couple of days ago when the light came on. Both it and driver's front tire were down to 25 psi. Temps went from being in the 60's to the 20's in about a week. That's my excuse for it anyway. :)
